Overview of TPLC

TPLC is used in conductive liquids (such as: water) of the high degree of control, Widely used in cooling towers, irrigation, sewage and other occasions. Also used in the industrial plant or life barrel which transfer fluids doesn’t need to change the control of the container box. Main function is to keep the container full of liquid.

Work Principle

ES above the liquid in the electrode, the output relay switch is ON, when the wire electrode in the lower level of E1 is no longer exposed to the liquid (the purpose is to prevent the system to work in the empty containers), the output relay switches are OFF. ER electrode must be connected to the container; the purpose is to determine the accuracy of the bottom level. If the container is not a conductor, there must be an electrode terminal connected to the ER. Sensitivity (ie between the electrode and the resistance) through the front panel knob to adjust the level of 5-50 different lines. When the relay is"ON"position, the front panel LED lights are bright.
